Leadership
- Alister JosephDirectorAs the director of Nova Corp, Alister is responsible for leading focuses on customer's rapid business growth and expansion of the industry's best enterprise-focused cloud platform and delivering the most secure, reliable, cost-effective, high-performance infrastructure to Nova Corp customers.
He is an accomplished ICT Professional with 20 years of experience stemming from executive-level and management experience in the fields of Enterprise wide Software Applications and Cloud Infrastructure Technology based Services. While providing hands-on technical leadership to bring about fundamental change and improvement in IT strategy and increasing profitability through process optimization, Alister have Successfully introduced innovative strategies to improve quality of customer service, productivity and profitability.
To backup his professional accomplishments, Alister has several certifications and training around Microsoft, Cisco, Open source technologies and a member of the British Computer Society. Alister earned his MBA from University of Wales, Trinity St. David and has completed several ISO 20000 & ISO 27001 audit & practices.
- RùkshànConsultant - Cyber Security Services & SolutionsRukshan is a cyber security professional, specializes in areas such as; vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT), Red Teaming, Cyber Threat Intelligence, SOC operations as well as Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC). He's currently based out of the Middle East region working at a major security operation center while looking after Nova Corp's cyber security solutions and services.
Rukshan has served as a cyber security solutions architect where he was instrumental in developing cyber security services and solutions while working with some of the leading businesses in many industry verticals such as banking and finance, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare as well as military and government sectors in Sri Lanka and overseas.
From his exposure to a major cyber security operation center, Rukshan brings a unique set of skills and expertise to Nova Corp customers to defend against the most complex and advanced cyber-attacks. His career was built while working for more than 17 years with leading IT and cyber security service providers in Sri Lanka and overseas.
Rukshan holds various industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, ISO 27001 LA, ITIL V3F, MCITP, MCSE and MBA from London Metropolitan University. Rukshan has been awarded number of times by leading security product vendors for his case-study projects completed in the Middle East and featured in Al-Jazeera channel for his expertise in defending against cyber-attacks.
